เวลาปฏิบัติงาน ： Mon – Fri  08.00 – 17.00 pm.  & 1 Sat./Quarter

รายละเอียดงาน:

-Respond to calls/e-emails from employees seeking help with the most appropriate action

-Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

-Follow-up and update incident status and information

-Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

-Manage IT application and deployment for new employees/resigned employees to follow company policy such as files server, active directory, anti-virus, terminal server, IP phone system, Calabria, office 365, AirWatch, Cisco Umbrella, LINE works and etc.,

Job Responsibilities

-Provide any IT support and troubleshoot any problems for user

-Always looking for an IT technology/innovation and try to apply to the company with the most appropriate solution

3. เงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ

เงินเดือน: 30,000-35,000 THB. (Including Allowance)

-OT Food (Company Provide)

-OT (Maximum 50 Hours/Month)

-Transportation 2,500 THB/Month (Including Salary)

-Probation 119 Days

4.คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

สัญชาติ：Thai

เพศ：Male

อายุ： 25-27 years old

การศึกษา： Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science

ภาษา： Good command in English both written and spoken (TOEIC 550 up)

ประสบการณ์：  2-3 years in IT field

5. คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

–Experience in structure/basic configuration/troubleshooting in Windows operation (both Windows 10 & Windows Server 2012)

-Experience in structure/basic configuration/troubleshooting in a basic network device (L2SW, Router, Voice Gateway)

-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
